"I’ve been part of the Simply Meditation group since it started and want to thank you both for your time and kindness each week. The sessions feel like a little family in a safe place and are shared by like-minded individuals. The hour of meditation is nourishing and is great for anyone to help with their mental health and just general life. Sometimes it can take you time to deal with difficult emotions - however, it allows you to sit with whatever arises and know that emotions and sensations change. I would recommend these sessions to anyone as I feel meditation is something that everyone needs to embrace. The benefits are scientifically proven too. Thanks again Jayne and Jules."

Meditation is scientifically proven to improve physical and mental well-being and attending regular group sessions will help you to deepen your practice. It will also help you to build resilience, which is essential in enabling you to respond to life’s difficulties with more ease.
Being part of a mindfulness meditation group will help you develop a habit as it can be easy to find excuses not to do it when practising alone. We also learn from each other and can listen to valuable feedback. Sharing in the qualities of being human.
Research also shows that the experience of the meditation teacher has a direct impact. Here at Be Naturally, we have undertaken many trainings and evidence based programmes over many years, which enables us to safely share a wealth of wisdom and diverse practices with you.
Jules and Jayne are both experienced and caring and work well together. I have learnt some great skills and practices that I now include in my everyday life. It made me realise that everyone has struggles - and, whilst not the same, everyone has things they need to deal and cope with, so you are not alone. If you want to practice mindfulness and let go of your worries, then seek out Jules and Jayne . Even if you don’t feel this is your kind of thing, give it a go and try it.
