Our natural approaches include: yoga, mindfulness, mindful self-compassion, forest bathing, nordic walking and laughter yoga. We teach these approaches intuitively and with integrity through a range of unique events for individuals, groups and organisations.
We offer retreats, workshops, themed sessions and bespoke events - face to face and online.

We both firmly believe in the natural approaches that we offer and are keen to share them with others. With our expert guidance you too can experience the transformative potential that can be experienced through these practices.

Jayne and Jules are friendly, caring and make you feel comfortable from the outset. It was lovely to be with a small group who fully embraced the sessions in a trusting environment.
