Compassionate Community

Would you like to be more relaxed and less anxious?  Are you curious about trying meditation, but are worried it might be a bit ‘weird’?  Perhaps you’ve given it a go, but it wasn’t the right fit?  Maybe you already meditate, but would like to deepen your practice?

Meditation practice has a lot to offer anyone who is experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, pain and chronic illness.  Any and all of all of these are part of being human, so includes all of us.

You are warmly welcome to join our Compassionate Community, where you can learn new skills to help you through everyday life.   Live online sessions via Zoom take place on the first Tuesday of each month from 7 – 8pm.  Zoom details will be provided once you have booked your place.

"I’ve been part of the group since it started and want to thank you both for your time and kindness each week.  The sessions feel like a little family in a safe place and are shared by like-minded individuals.  The hour of meditation is nourishing and is great for anyone to help with their mental health and just general life.  Sometimes it can take you time to deal with difficult emotions - however, it allows you to sit with whatever arises and know that emotions and sensations change.   I would recommend these sessions to anyone as I feel meditation is something that everyone needs to embrace. The benefits are scientifically proven too.  Thanks again Jayne and Jules."
