A wonderful residential retreat using natural approaches to help you heal and thrive. This unique and exclusive retreat will be for a small group only, to enable us to cultivate a warm, spacious and friendly environment in which you can feel safe and cared for.
During the Retreat we will be sharing a combination of natural approaches including Mindfulness, Self Compassion, Forest Therapy, nourishing Yoga practices and Relaxation techniques. There will also be an opportunity for some guided self-exploration, as well as the chance to go on walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside.
All sessions are optional so you can choose to do as many, or few, as you wish. We recognise that the Retreat is precious ‘you time’ and encourage you to do whatever is right for you … which may be simply to relax or take a nap.
We will encourage you to bring what you discover on the Retreat into your daily life, so the benefits continue when you are back home – to help you live well … naturally.
This event takes place at The Quilt Retreat – also a wonderful yoga space – near Battle, in historic 1066 Country. The Retreat is set in beautiful grounds and gardens, overlooking working Sussex farms. It is close to the coast and, should you want to venture further than the large grounds, there are lovely walks and ancient woodlands nearby.

The Quilt Retreat has a great reputation for wonderful food, which is both nourishing and delicious. Each day’s menu is thoughtfully designed and prepared with care. During your stay you can experience and enjoy skillfully prepared cuisine including fresh fruits, vegetables and organic wholesome foods. When available fresh, organic vegetables and herbs are sourced from local farms.
Start the day with a divine breakfast, setting you up for the morning’s practices, followed by a wholesome lunch and dinner. Special dietary requirements can be catered for, on request.
All the rooms are hand finished with your comfort in mind – including 5 star hotel-quality mattresses, exceptional bed linen and comfortable furniture to ensure your enjoyment and well-being.
The retreat runs from Friday 29th March arriving 3pm, to Sunday 31st March departing after lunch at 1pm. It includes the cost of all retreat sessions, accommodation and all meals – from supper on Friday to lunch on Sunday. It also includes the use of free wifi and there is complimentary parking space.
