These practices are all scientifically proven to help you relax and increase sleep duration and quality … naturally.
Not only will you have an informative and relaxing day, you will leave with the wisdom and knowledge of how to implement these practices into your daily life, to help you relax and sleep well.
A delicious light vegetarian lunch will be provided and refreshments will also be available throughout the day.
To support you after the event, we will also give you access to a closed group web link, where we will share some guided practices and other useful resources.
We invite you to join us and immerse yourself deeply in the peace and energy of this stunning natural setting. Come and breathe in the fresh sea air to help you relax and re-connect with yourself and nature.
The Pines Calyx is a naturally inspiring, eco-award winning circular building embedded in the White Cliffs of Dover, just a stone’s throw from the beach.
We are very fortunate to have exclusive use of the whole of this beautiful venue for our event. Many of our practices will take place in the circular, domed lower roundel – a light-filled space with rammed-chalk walls, offering panoramic views across the Pines Garden. Lunch and refreshments will be held in the upper roundel dining area, which has direct access to a private terrace and stunning views across the garden, the English Channel and beyond. We also have access to the six beautiful acres of Pines Calyx gardens.
