Nature Connection Walks offer a chance to explore what’s here with all of our senses. This enables us to let go of everyday worries, to become fully aware and to connect deeply with nature.
We walk together slowly and gently, with mindful awareness – pausing to become aware of what we can see, hear, feel, smell and perhaps even taste.
Sometimes parts of the Walk are in silence so we can immerse ourselves fully, savour what’s here with all of our senses and benefit deeply from the natural therapy offered to us by the woods.
These Walks promote a profound connection with nature, leading to a deep sense of stillness, peace and harmony.
