That busy time of year is approaching us again. It can be such a joyful time – yet it can also bring challenges, including stress and anxiety which can be detrimental to our health and wellbeing. This can leave us feeling depleted and unable to fully embrace the joy of the season.
Would you like to be nourished through November with Jayne and Jules, so that you can be fully prepared and energised for whatever the season brings for you?
If so, come and join us for this Nourishing November!
We will use various practices to help you to improve your movement and learn how to be more giving, caring, compassionate, connected and mindful of yourself and others.
These sessions are fun, friendly and practical and will include Yoga, Mindfulness/ Meditation, Forest Therapy and other natural approaches.
Step outside the busy-ness of your everyday life and take time for you, each week.
There are a limited number of spaces available for this unique event, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
St Peter’s Church Hall is conveniently located close to Maidstone, with ample parking. It provides you the space to rebalance, re-energise and flourish in a supportive, warm and friendly environment.
